Embryo Veterinary School Ltd [EVS] comprises a team of vets, farmers, and students who are all dedicated to your needs.

Tony Andrews

Dr. Tony Andrews

Tony has over 20 years experience as an academic at the Royal Veterinary College. During that time he headed the department's Farm animal teaching and clinical studies. Tony is author and co-author to a range of veterinary textbooks and has been at many of the UK and Irish Vet colleges and for the RCVS examinations. He is chief executive of the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ESVPS) which approves continuing professional development courses and examines vets for general practitioner certificates. He is currently a consultant to the Veterinary and Agriculture industry and is considered to be an expert in his field.

Stuart Young

Mr. Stuart Young

Stuart has been qualified for 11 years and is now a general practitioner running his own practice in Devon. He was a graduate entry into vet school following a degree at Reading University and 12 months in a government animal research institute. He is fully aware of the commitment and self motivation required to be a vet and also the financial hardships endured.

Stuart and Tony are approved as UK Science & Engineering Ambassadors, gaining recognition from the government Setpoint initiative as an approved Education Business Partnership.

Students

There are several pre-vet students who will help with the administration of the course. We also have several students actually on the vet course now who will be available to give you their perspective.

Guest Speakers

During each course there will be after dinner guest speakers from the veterinary or agricultural world. They will be very revealing and honest about your chosen career.
